Flexible membership provides Bolt For Life STMs the option to cancel during the Dues Notification Period, or at any time during the season.

Written notification is required by filling out the form below. Tampa Bay Lightning memberships are in high demand and cannot be replaced when cancelled. A Lightning STM representative will contact you to confirm the accuracy of your opt-out after the form below has been submitted. Note: If you opt-out of your Bolt For Life membership, you will forfeit your location and tenure.
